By installing the GoPickColors Chrome extension or using the gopickcolors.com website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not install the extension or use the site.
License to use
GoPickColors is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install the extension and use the web tools on this site.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
- Rebrand, resell, or redistribute the extension as your own product.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or the Chrome Web Store policies.
User content
Colors, palettes, and other data you create with the extension are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of that content. We do not claim any rights over the colors you pick or the palettes you save.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service running smoothly, but we provide it on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every website, video, or PDF.
Third-party content
Articles on our blog may reference third-party tools, libraries, or websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites linked from the Service.
Limitation of liability
